About

Hello – I'm Milan.

Making complicated things understandable since 2004: information graphics, diagrams, visual explanations and the kind of storytelling that carries an idea through a brochure, a stand, a deck or a screen.

There's plenty of print in the mix too – artwork, prepress and press checks – most of it for agencies and in-house teams, with a deep dive into healthcare and pharma.

Help and relief for your team

Extra capacity, when it counts

A dependable extra pair of hands for campaigns, decks and print when the workload grows.

One cost, every month

A fixed line in the budget instead of per-project quotes and end-of-quarter surprises.

Breadth without five freelancers

Digital, print, presentation and 3D handled by the same pair of hands, to the same standard.

Your brand stays consistent

The same designer month after month means your guidelines are held, not relearned.

An extensive print background

Twenty years of production files, artwork specs and press checks – not a digital-only skillset.

No management overhead

No recruitment, no onboarding process, no one to brief but the designer doing the work.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What does "unlimited requests" really mean?

Add as much to the queue as you like. One request is worked at a time, so the queue moves in your priority order. Larger pieces – a full brochure, a design system – get broken into stages and scheduled.

How quickly will I receive work?

Most requests are completed within two working days. Larger pieces – a brochure, website or design system, for example – are broken into sensible stages, so you can see progress and keep the queue moving.

Subscription or day rate – which one?

If the work is predictable and recurring, the subscription is cheaper per day and easier to plan. If demand is spiky – typical for agencies – book days as you need them. What you are choosing is the shape of the commitment, not the person doing the work. An intro call will help settle which is the better fit.

How does print work fit in?

The same as digital. Artwork, production files, prepress specs and liaison with your printer are all in scope – half of those twenty years were spent making sure files come off the press correctly.

How does pausing or cancelling work?

Pause or cancel whenever you need to. Any unused days from your current subscription carry forward, ready to use when you restart. There is no fixed-term contract and no need to start again from scratch.

What software do you use?

Figma for most digital design, Adobe for wider design and production work, and Blender when a project calls for 3D. You will receive files in a format your team can use and continue working with.

Where were we? Oh yes

Fifteen minutes, no pitch. Tell me what keeps getting pushed back, and I'll give you a straight answer on whether a subscription or a few days is the better fit.
